Currently Offering Telehealth and In Person Sessions
I firmly believe the phrase "if you've met one person with Autism, you've met one person with Autism". I have spent years working neurodivergent individuals and their families from preschool through adulthood and I am well attuned to their unique strengths and needs. I offer individual therapy services to individuals on the spectrum who are experiencing co-occurring disorders or difficulties such as depression, anxiety, emotion regulation difficulties, and social skill deficits. Additionally, I offer parent training services for parents of children with ASD seeking help in learning how to best manage unhelpful behaviors while still supporting their growth as well as individual therapy for parents who are adjusting to a new diagnosis or other challenges associated with navigating life with neurodiversity.
I firmly believe that all behavior serves a purpose. Yes, even tantrums, meltdowns, defiance, and rebellion. However, these behaviors can cause significant distress in the life of a child and their family. Allow me to help you de-code the messages behind these behaviors and support positive behavior changes in your home.
While depression and anxiety are some of the most common mental health diagnoses, experiencing them can feel incredibly isolating. There is no shame in seeking support to manage these issues. Psychotherapy has proven effective in managing and reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. I would be honored to help you through this journey.
Sometimes life is incredibly unfair. Things happen outside of your control that seem to derail life as you know it. Many people experience traumatic events or life stressors that cause lingering emotional, physical, and behavioral difficulties. I promise to provide a safe therapeutic environment to untangle the webs of trauma and learn strategies to effectively cope with trauma symptoms.
Research has shown that telehealth is an effective way to conduct psychotherapy services. Now more than ever it is important that we stay home whenever possible. I am happy to be able to offer telehealth sessions to individuals located in the state of South Carolina.

50-75 Minutes. This initial evaluation allows me to get to know you and help you get comfortable with me. We will explore a lot of different topics including what has brought you to therapy, your background and history, and goals you have for the therapy process. by exploring what brought you to therapy at this time, I want to gain the best understanding of who you are as a person and how I can help you. For children under 18, a parent or guardian must be present for this session.
53-60 Minutes. After your initial appointment, each follow up therapy session will focus on addressing your treatment goals and any relevant life stressors. Sessions are most often scheduled weekly or bi weekly based on need and availability.

Supervision services are priced by the hour and are 25 for group (3 LPCAs or more at a time) 35 for dyadic (2 LPCAs at a time) and 50 for individual.
